Chef Nic Wood leads the charge with four truffle‑charged courses, each designed to hero bold flavour, premium produce and unmistakable flair. Along the way, Leeuwin Estate Winemaker Phil Hutchinson, will guide guests through the evening’s pours, talking all things wine as the ‘Art Series’ favourites flow generously, from the first pop of bubbles to the final, lingering sip of red.
