Christmas Day at Pascale Bar & Grill

It’s the most longed-for day on the eating calendar and Andy Harmer and his award-winning team at Pascale Bar & Grill are in their happy place, pulling out all the stops to create a decadent three course a la carte feast.

There’ll be a festive amuse on arrival, and then down to serious business; oysters with bloody mary dressing, prawns, ocean trout confit, roast turkey & stuffing (pretty please, Andy?), pork belly, scotch fillet with béarnaise, honey & lavender roasted carrots and beef fat potatoes. Vegetarians will be in heaven too. And how about chocolate marquis, pavlova or delicious brandy Christmas pudding to follow?

It’s your Christmas feast, all wrapped up. Just $195 a head and $75 for kids. Available for lunch or dinner sittings, Dec 25.
